The Marketing Academy draws together a team of high profile business leaders and innovators to inspire, develop and coach the UK's best Marketing talent to go on to shape the future of Marketing and Business. In pursuit of our mission to inspire and develop, The Marketing Academy Scholarship provides 30 places on a year-long, free of charge, leadership development programme for the fastest rising marketing stars.
This unique part time Scholarship offers a life changing opportunity to rising stars currently working in the fields of marketing, communications and advertising.
The Marketing Academy Fellowship is a unique part-time programme developed exclusively for those already at the very top of the marketing function in their organisations.
Designed to provide successful fellows with access to Board-level thinking and distinctive learning opportunities, the programme aims to ensure that our marketing leaders build the right capabilities to take on a future CEO or Board role.
We see the challenge in gaining the right experience and the senior exposure required to make it to the top job.

- How do they build a network with the experts and organisations surrounding CEOs?
- How do they gain insight and knowledge of other functions and issues that CEOs face?
Building on the success of our ground breaking Scholarship Programme, The Marketing Academy has partnered with McKinsey & Company to develop the Fellowship Programme. A select group of exceptional leaders at the top of the marketing ladder will have the unique opportunity to gain the insight and develop the skills to help them make the transition to CEO or to secure a place on the Board.
