The Marketing Academy draws together a team of high profile business leaders and innovators to inspire, develop and coach the UK's best Marketing talent to go on to shape the future of Marketing and Business. In pursuit of our mission to inspire and develop, The Marketing Academy Scholarship provides 30 places on a year-long, free of charge, leadership development programme for the fastest rising marketing stars.
This unique part time Scholarship offers a life changing opportunity to rising stars currently working in the fields of marketing, communications and advertising.

Our Programmes
Marketing Hall of Legends (UK), a voluntary and non-profit organisation was formed to help develop marketing & leadership capability through the medium of mentoring, coaching and experiencial learning. All of The Marketing Academy programmes are provided free of charge.
Our first programme, The Marketing Academy Scholarship, was launched in 2010 to develop high potential young marketers with 4 to 12 years work experience and give them an opportunity to learn from the very best business leaders, CEO’s and CMO’s the UK has to offer.
At the start of 2012 we launched our second programme, Merlin’s Apprentice. We give young adults who are not currently in employment, education or training a year’s paid work experience in a marketing organisation. The Apprenticeship provides on-the-job training, learning and qualifications and more importantly, the first step to a career within Marketing, Advertising and Communications.
In 2013 we are launching our Fellowship Programme which will equip Marketing Directors with the tools, knowledge and insight to make a move onto Boards and ultimately into General Management / Managing Director / CEO roles.
The Scholarship
The scholarship is a free, part time programme for up to 30 of the UK’s fastest rising stars in the fields of Marketing, Advertising and Communications. A team of high profile Business & Marketing leaders and world class organisations develop these bright rising stars to become the next generation of business leaders through a process of mentoring, coaching, networking and personalised learning.
The Fellowship
The Marketing Academy Fellowship, sponsored by ISBA, is a part time programme developed exclusively for those already at the very top of the marketing function. Following the success of our ground breaking ‘Scholarship Programme’ which provides a year of mentoring and learning to emerging marketing leadership talent, The Marketing Academy Fellowship Programme will equip Marketing Directors with the tools, knowledge and insight to make the move onto Boards and into General Management / MD / CEO roles.
Developed in partnership with McKinsey & Company, The Fellowship programme is designed to provide successful ‘Fellows’ with access to high profile business figures, board level thinking and learning opportunities to ensure that our marketing leaders build the right capabilities to take on future CEO roles.
Merlin's Apprentice

Merlin’s Apprentice was devised to ensure a pipeline of talent diversity in Marketing for years to come.
It is a 12 month fully paid Marketing Apprenticeship for young people is awarded to young adults who, because of lack of qualifications, challenging backgrounds or poor life choices, are normally overlooked for this kind of work experience. The Apprenticeship provides not only on-the-job learning, training and qualifications but more importantly the first step to a career within marketing or advertising.

Danielle is an international, board level executive coach, consultant and facilitator, with more than 18 years experience working with leaders in 20 different countries. Her clients include, amongst others, Tesco, HSBC, Unilever, Kraft, Mars, Sainsbury's, Thomson-Reuters, Marks & Spencer and InterContinental Hotel Group.
