She has 25 years blue chip marketing experience working for 10 years at Colgate Palmolive both in the UK and Internationally and 6 years at PepsiCo where she was Marketing Director for Walkers Crisps. For the past 9 years Michele has been with Brand Learning and sits on the Brand Learning Board. She has led several global marketing capability programmes with clients such as PepsiCo, Aviva and HP. More latterly she has also led new business development for Brand Learning, with the latest wins being the global Kellogg and Vodafone businesses.

The CMO role is new to Disney UK, and has the goal of creating innovative integrated marketing programmes, that are optimised across Disney’s extensive in-house media platforms and work effectively with external media and promotional partners.

The business employs in excess of 1800 employees across 71 Stations, making Global Radio the largest commercial radio group in Europe.

Jack Black is the Founder and Course Director of MindStore International. In the 1980s, he was a social worker in the underprivileged East End of Glasgow. After seeing two colleagues destroy their health through the stress of work whilst only in their 40s, and then experiencing a similar collapse himself, he decided to discover how stress could be managed and personal development harnessed to allow people to fulfil their potential. MindStore was the culmination of his findings and now, Jack is recognised as one of the UK's leading authorities on personal development and is an internationally renowned keynote speaker.
Paul joined creativebrief at launch in 2003, bringing with him over 20 years experience in marketing and general management. This experience has been gained with some of the major consumer companies and brands worldwide, from consumer goods (including Coca-Cola, Beecham, Andrex and William Grants /Glenfiddich) to telecoms and entertainment software (including Sony and Carlton), the latter two companies where he held marketing directorships.
Cathy is Professor of Marketing and Retail Enterprise at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, where she leads and contributes to a number of commercial and research projects, in the areas of retailing, marketing and place management. She is also Development Director for the Institute of Place Management , the professional institute for all those involved in making places better. The IPM is a joint venture between MMU and the Association of Town Centre Management. Cathy is also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Place Management and Development, published by Emerald Group Publishing Ltd and is Visiting Professor of Retailing and Place Management at the University of the Arts, London. These initiatives contributed to Hovis becoming Britain’s fastest-growing brand in 2009, with sales increasing by £46m. Jon’s new role combines the lead marketing roles of Premier’s Hovis and grocery divisions with responsibility for brands including Branston and Mr Kipling. Jon’s key objective is to accelerate branded growth in the face of strong competition from supermarket own-label lines.

Saj has over 20 years of global commercial marketing experience with senior roles in mobile, consumer & financial services. He is Group Marketing & Brand Director at Vodafone where he is responsible for marketing & brand strategy & execution. Vodafone is the world’s largest mobile network operator and the 7th most valuable global brand with 350m customers. Prior to joining Vodafone he was Sales & Marketing Director at RAC leading a major turnaround of the brand and the business.
